In a 62-year-old female with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, echocardiography (transthoracic and transesophageal, using 2D and 3D techniques) revealed multiple masses in various locations in the left cardiac chambers. What could be the probable diagnosis? Is there a need for surgical excision?
